"How do I use meditation to help me make a decision? " 

I love this question!! And it's simpler than you think!! 

Want to practice this? Try it out on smaller decisions. This will help you build your intuitive muscles.

Here are the steps:

  1. Grab a notepad and draw a line down the middle. On one side list out all the pros + cons to one of the possibilities. Do the same in the second column for your alternative choice

  2. Go into silence, focus on your breath + then imagine each possibility like a dream, experience what it would be like to live out each choice. Fully try it on as though it's happening.

  3. Take note of how you feel in each scenario.

  4. Then in this state ask if there's a third option you haven't thought of.

  5. Open Your eyes + free write. Get your head out of it and just go with the flow.
